Choose the "What You
Should Know" buttons below for interactive web-based presentations that get you
off to a fast start as either a buyer or seller. The other button in each group offers the
choice of receiving this information by Email.
The Free Buyer or
Seller Reports link
gets you a series of free reports, some for buyers, some for sellers.
The next two links take you to pages of specific interest to Buyers, or to Sellers,
with additional web-based resources for determining your home's value and for
learning about properties for sale..
The
Purchasing Real Estate link includes quick
links to property search functions for all Alaska properties. This page include
the agenda for the no-obligation Buyer's Consultation I offer that initiates the
property finding process.
The
Selling Property link enables you to get the
current market value of your home. If you are an unrepresented owner (FSBO) you
can post your listing and property photo for free. The page also links the marketing plans and methods I use in representing my seller clients.
The State of Alaska
Real Estate Commission governs relationships between real estate licensees and
the consumer public of buyers and sellers. There are four definitions under
which a licensee can represent a buyer, or a seller, or perform a neutral role
between them. These are described in the State Consumer Pamphlet which you can
download from the last of the links below. There is also a link to the Real Estate
Commission's web site. |
