  • Complete the Alaska Property Disclosure form. The home inspection makes the task easy. By referencing what a professional says about your home, you also reduce your risk exposure through potential errors and omissions in what you say.
  • Order the preliminary title report. There is no up-front cost because the $250 commitment is part of your normal selling cost at closing.
  • Obtain my Competitive Market Analysis.
