Bayshore is one of Anchorage's most appealing communities. Unique among neighborhoods with its clubhouse, residents support many activities there, including a swimming pool, daycare, and use of the facilities for social events and weddings. This home is fortunate to be located on a quiet cul-de-sac that opens to opposite side of the lake which the clubhouse faces. There's a boardwalk around the lake. You access the boardwalk from a few yards from this home, down an access path between some neighboring homes. From there it's a short walk to the clubhouse. A plus for this property is its two-story design which also has a master bedroom suite on the main floor. There's a second bedroom beside it, perfect for a family with a very young child, or perhaps a home office. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a bath.
