Heritage Heights is Anchorage's newest and perhaps most distinguished communities. Located on the mid-Hillside, it combines convenience (about 20 minutes or less to Midtown Anchorage) with a semi-rural lifestyle. Lot sizes are very generous: over an acre. Streets are paved, utilities are underground and the lots are well-treed. Heritage Heights Drive meanders between Hillside Drive and Huffman Road, which makes the commute equally convenient whether you exit at O'Malley, or Huffman, off Seward Highway. Cherry cabinetry throughout fits beautifully with the overall decor. There are built-ins in many rooms, all of the highest workmanship and quality.

The generous 833 sq.ft. garage is entered from a large paved driveway that has extra parking and opens from the side of the home. This design gives an elegant presentation from the street because the front elevation, or street view, shows only the beautiful lines of the home and its gabled and hip roof system, and not the dominance of garage doors.

The large deck extends across much of the rear of the home. The surface is Trex, the composition material that needs no painting or maintenance.

This home works well for entertainment. From the smaller dinner party to large gatherings it provides an easy flow for guests to gather and mingle.
