This property was taken off the market around Christmas when the owner leased it for three years to an overseas family. That family's transfer ended up falling through so the home is now back on the market.
If you were ever thinking of taking on a major remodeling for your home, you would want to know these property owners. They really know how to do it right! Check the list in the Download Center above that itemizes all the work they have done on their home.
The photos, virtual tour, and items in the information package speak for themselves. This is Hillside living at it very finest: million-dollar interior amenities, view, setting and landscaping without the million-dollar price tag.
Another benefit is being on Hillside without being miles away and hard to get to. This part of the neighborhood has Bicentennial Park and Hilltop Ski Area just to the north. Right below is Abbot Rd. leading down to Service High. It's only a little farther to Seward Highway at Dimond. Major shopping conveniences cluster there.

Directions: Hillside Dr North of O'Malley goes down the hill and becomes Abbott Rd, running by Service High. Right where it starts down the hill go straight on the secondary street called Nettleton. It bends to the right, goes a little uphill then forks. Take the right (more traveled) fork. The next intersection is the intersection with Griffith (from the right) and Port Orford (headed left). This home is the first driveway on the left, marked by my Coldwell Banker sign.
