"Four Corners," the intersection of Jewell Lake
and Raspberry is a local gardener's hotspot. A microclimate
equivalent to Seattle, you can grow things here that aren't
possible elsewhere in town. The neighbor behind this home has a
large greenhouse and corn (in Alaska!) that was eight feet tall
this fall.
.For a functional home at an affordable price
it's hard to beat this property. Lots of footage, 2215 sq.ft.,
plus a 500 sq.ft. garage and three very large bedrooms.
The kitchen has been modernized, notice the
lovely oak cabinets.
There is a new deck in back: that's the sunny
south-facing side of the home.
The roof over the garage was replaced this year.
The rest of the roof is only seven years old.
The yard is fenced, for the safety of children
and/or pets. The neighbor next door owns the "mobile dog wash".
She says she loves her neighbors. The virtual tour that you can
run from this page contains a panoramic shot of this lovely
established neighborhood.
