Development corporation is closing out its final inventory of home building lots on the Anchorage Hillside. In Kasilof Hills, these 3/4 acre lots have awe-inspiring views across the twinkling lights of Anchorage to the Alaska Range and Cook Inlet, from Mt. McKinley (Denali) to Redoubt and Iliamna Volcanoes.

There are three remaining lots with septic systems installed and approved by the Municipality of Anchorage in 1985. One additional lot of over an acre is more than the minimum size required to meet current permit requirements for an on-lot water and waste water system. However, soils tests conducted on these lots in the fall of 1998 indicate unfavorable conditions with poor prospects for development under current technology on most of these lots. . The corporate owner will consider a bulk sale of the entire inventory to an investor or builder. A cash sale is desired.

As of 4/99 all but one of these lots were pending sale with buyer due diligence in progress. The one remaining lot is scheduled for soils testing by the owners at the end of April, with results expected shortly thereafter.
