pre-inspected at my recommendation. The package has a home
inspection report, roofing report and mechanical inspection. All
the important recommendations of the home inspection were
accomplished. The boiler for the heating system is new, and the
roof was redone. There is new carpet upstairs; the downstairs is
a good-quality Berber. The sunny rear deck above the fenced back
yard is new.
